Each of the ten flats in an outbuilding have an independent entrance and central heating, a mezzanine floor and they all suggest a sober and elegant choice of interior design, particularly studied to the comfort of modern life. The ten flats are linked to a private pinewood by a 1-km- long shady path through which you can walk, drive o ride by bike. This quiet place is excellent to take a break, to relax or to read. The path also leads to the beach and the clean, calm sea. All the best for an unforgettable holiday!

The farm is located in southern Etruria, at the central Etruscan capital and medieval city of Tarquinia, an archaeological site of international fame and a city with an intense cultural life where guests can experience the important traditions of 3000 years of history. The completely converted farmhouse, which still maintains its original structure, is situated on a 60 hectare farm run by three young brothers The 10 separate apartments created within the main complex of buildings all have attic rooms and independent central heating. Each of them can entertain a maximum of 40 persons. A splendid tree-lined private avenue (approx. 1 km) for walking, bike riding or driving, links the 10 mini-apartments with the farm’s pine-wood, perfect for days spent reading and relaxing. This in turn leads to the beach and a calm clean sea for an unforgettable holiday. Each guest has to disposition: · beach umbrellas · chairs to go on the beach For those who love sport, there is sea fishing, skin-diving, bike riding, a nearby horse-riding school (by arrangement) and a golf course.
Please do note that the hotel from the 28tho June till the 6th of Septmeber can only accomodate reservations from saturday to saturaday (1 week at a time)
The large restaurant dining room with veranda offers local and seasonal specialities, plus a fireplace for cooking tasty grilled meats and a wood-fire. Every day our trusted team works to turn fresh Maremma into the quality associated with Podere Giulio catering. For all pizza-lovers, all kinds of pizza can be ordered for Dinner, Pizza is cooked in our marvellous wood-fired oven.
